Assault on the word - Part 14

Is it hard to enter into the Kingdom of God? Some new age bibles would like to make you think so. Below is a compare of the King James Version with some of the new age bibles versions.

These bibles remove the words "trust in riches" from their text. The CEV goes even one step further making it terribly hard to enter into God's kingdom.

The Kingdom of God is not hard to enter, but some choose not to enter because this means that they would need to give up the idols in their life, thus choosing not to enter the kingdom on their own accord.

Mark 10:24

(GW)  The disciples were stunned by his words. But Jesus said to them again, "Children, how hard it is to enter the kingdom of God!

(NASB) The disciples were amazed at His words. But Jesus answered again and said to them, "Children, how hard it is to enter the kingdom of God!
